PulteGroup’s Tampa region broke ground on its most ambitious project this year, an 850-home, age-restricted community in Land O’ Lakes under its popular Del Webb brand. Del Webb Bexley will be developed on 489 acres within the Bexley master-planned community over four phases. Del Webb closed on the purchase of land for phase one last year.
