Pulte Homes will open for selling its newest community, Sanctuary Preserve in Blaine, Minnesota on Saturday, Feb. 6.

Pulte Homes is taking advantage of the demand for new homes in the New York Metro area with the opening of Willow Run, an enclave of 38 luxury townhomes in Cresskill, New Jersey.

Pulte Homes is breaking ground this month on a new master planned community in Santa Fe that will include two upscale neighborhoods offering single family homes for families and baby boomers. 

Del Webb announced that it has acquired land for its fourth community in the state of Georgia, Del Webb at Chateau Elan, located adjacent to the Chateau Elan resort in Braselton.  

Pulte Homes is pleased to announce its newest community, Creekside at Mason in Creve Coeur. This private enclave of 12 homesites is set to grand open on Jan. 30.

Pulte Homes has acquired 206 lots in Jurupa Valley and has already started construction on its new community that will open for sales in early 2016. Pulte’s Serrano Ranch community will feature modern consumer-inspired ranch and two-level floorplans that include separate living areas designed for multi-generational families.
